Water loss restoration

This residential water loss occurred after a drain back up affecting drywall trim, and flooring.  SERVPRO responded to the loss immediately and provided emergency mitigation services to minimize the extent of the damage.  Extraction of standing water, application of a botanical disinfectant along with drying and High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) air filtration devices were installed to help dry and filter the air in the affected area.  Containment was set up to maximize drying efficiency and protect the occupants of the house. After drying and a thorough cleaning SERVPRO replaced the affected non-salvageable materials including flooring, drywall and trim.  Drywall textures are matched to hide the flood cut, and all new materials and painted and installed to finish the project.
