Leak affects multiple units

This water damage caused by an overflowed toilet on the third floor of a local apartment complex affected multiple units, several with damage coming from overhead.  Toilet overflows are considered Category 3 or 'black water' losses requiring specialized procedures and precautions to ensure the property is returned to a clean a safe space to reoccupy and the ensure that all technicians and trade workers are safe during the mitigation and repair processes.  SERVPRO of Missoula makes sure that our project managers, lead technicians and production technicians undergo regular safety training to be able to recognize and react appropriately to Category 3 water damages.
