This extensive garage fire was started in the flue pipe above a wood stove.  The fire affected on bay of a three car garage very extensively requiring significant structural and cosmetic repairs.  The garage also contained a large amount of contents that required  many hours of inventory, salvageability assessment, packing, moving, cleaning and re packing.  SERVPRO of Missoula uses a cloud based application to photograph, sort and inventory all contents when necessary.  This software provides detailed, thorough reports for both building owners and insurance adjusters to quickly separate salvageable from non-salvageable contents.  Items are tracked to a  specific technician, box and location for all phases of contents processing, ensuring our customers documented conditions and real time locations, giving them the ability to retrieve personal items as needed through the restoration process.
