Heavy rain floods basement

This water intrusion was caused by heavy rains that allowed water to build up in an egress window outside of a finished basement.  The water seeped in around the window frame, affecting the insulation, framing, drywall and flooring in this bedroom.  SERVPRO of Missoula responded when called to asses the situation.  On arrival it was determined that the exterior wall was insulated and a section of that drywall would have to be removed to access the wet insulation and properly dry the wood framing in the wall cavity.  SERVPRO removed all affected necessary materials, dried the structure properly and provided full reconstruction services as well.
