Missoula apartment restoration

This black water loss affected several units of a local complex.  SERVPRO of Missoula responded right away to provide extraction services and set up drying equipment to help control the environment and help prevent secondary damage.  Selective demolition was performed to remove affected non salvageable building materials and get the apartments ready for reconstruction.  After the structure was dry and clean, SERVPRO applied a pant based EPA - registered disinfectant to all affected surfaces to help sanitize the structural materials.  SERVPRO also provided full repair services for the affected units including re-insulation, drywall and paint, trim, flooring and re-installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures and all finish hardware.
