Large residential water damage
This water damage was caused by a broken pipe in the ceiling of the second floor of a vacation home that was unoccupied for the winter season. The broken pipe leaked a large amount of water affecting every room of this nice four bedroom home in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana. Extensive water damage to the majority of floor covering, drywall, cabinets and fixed furniture required removal of almost all materials down to the studs. SERVPRO mobilized and packed a large amount of contents, separating dry salvageable contents from non-salvageable contents for the homeowner. With the help of a large indirect fired portable heater, commercial grade LGR dehumdifiers and air movers, SERVPRO was able to dry the structure properly and get the house ready for reconstruction.
